I was born in Los Angeles, grew up in New York, and returned to California during my college years at the University of Southern California. Prior to my real estate career I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. I went on to work in the Aerospace Industry working with solar panels for communication satellites. After purchasing my first home, I was intrigued by the process. I obtained a real estate license and shortly thereafter began focusing on a career in real estate. I've been a local Realtor since 1986 and rated in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide. I have been a South Bay resident for over twenty years and a consistent Top Producer representing both Buyers and Sellers in the South Bay. I offer personal attention with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Repeat clients and a large referral base comprise the majority of my business. I currently live in Manhattan Beach with my husband and two children. A sense of community and a strong public school system are very important to me. I am both a sponsor & volunteer at several school functions. I have also been a member of the Manhattan Beach Environmental Task Force, helping to keep our community greener and healthier for future generations. I love this community and there is nothing that I enjoy more than serving people who love it too! People come from around the globe to vacation in Southern California. I feel very fortunate to live here and I feel very good about raising my family here. So whether you are looking for a small beach cottage or a large estate, please let me help you through this next step in your life. My enthusiastic attitude, extensive market knowledge, and attention to detail will set the tone for a pleasant and positive experience. I'd love to add you to my list of satisfied clients!
