Co-ed / co-living community in Venice Beach 🏝️

Serenity Coliving is a furnished co-living community in Venice Beach, about 15 minutes from campus. Each member has a private Japanese-style sleeping pod and shares a modern, design-forward home with a full kitchen, lounges and patios, a rooftop deck... with a sauna and jacuzzi, a quiet coworking space, gym access, and private locking storage. You can walk to Erewhon, and the beach is about 10 minutes away by bike. Members are a mix of creatives, athletes, and people building things, and the house hosts community dinners, free yoga and meditation, and beach days. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am and are enforced, so it's easy to focus when you have work due.

Membership is $999 a month, all inclusive: utilities, high-speed WiFi, weekly cleaning, and furniture, so you can arrive with just a suitcase. Terms are flexible, starting at one month, with no 12-month lease and no first and last month's rent. A security deposit equal to one month's dues is due before move-in, and pets aren't allowed. Members are placed by floor, with privacy and comfort in mind. Tours are available this week; message here or on Instagram at tyadki.
