Playa Summit Luxury Apartments (Shared Housing)

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom of my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Playa Summit Luxury Apartments. I'm hoping to find someone who's respectful, easygoing, and genuinely enjoyable to live with. Ideally, I'd love to... become friends with my roommate too—someone who's down for the occasional movie night, cooking together, or just hanging out while still respecting each other's personal space.

The Apartment:

The available room includes:
- Private bedroom
- Private full bathroom
- Large walk-in closet
- First-floor apartment with a private patio
- Hardwood floors throughout the living room and kitchen

The shared living room is already furnished, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the - - basic appliances and everything you'd need for everyday cooking. There isn't much room for additional furniture in the common areas, but both bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage.

Playa Summit is a beautiful gated luxury community with:

- On-site gym
- Beautifully maintained grounds
- Secure gated access

It's a really peaceful, well-kept complex that's in a great location.

A Little About the Living Situation

I have a cat who lives with me, so you'll need to be comfortable sharing the apartment with a furry roommate. I'm pretty laid-back, but I do appreciate keeping our shared spaces clean and uncluttered. No one is perfect (I definitely leave a dish in the sink overnight every once in a while), but I like the living room and kitchen to stay generally tidy so they feel comfortable for both of us.

I'm looking for someone who's considerate, communicative, and shares that mindset. A home just feels better when everyone contributes to keeping it a nice place to come back to.

Lease Information

- The room would be available on a 6-month lease.
- One thing I want to be upfront about is that there's a good chance I won't be staying in Los - Angeles for the entire school year. If I end up moving, you'll need to be comfortable either taking over the lease (if approved by management) or helping find someone to replace my portion. I just want to be transparent about that from the beginning.
