Living at The Hive for my second year and so far everything has been pretty great. Maintenance comes when they are supposed to and construction is finally ending so I'm looking forward to having everything back to normal. The location is really close to Ralph's and I can walk to class pretty quickly. Biggest plus is it's QUIET! I don't ever hear my neighbors and it's a quiet street overall.

Moving is very expensive and I'm settled in already. It's been a comfortable experience so far and apart from the construction that is finally wrapping up, I don't really have any complaints.

I lived here three years ago and had a great experience. Management was communicative and friendly, I got along with my roommates and the place being pet friendly is a huge plus.

Have lived here for almost a year and love my place because it is really spacious and has newly renovated and has nice furniture and stainless steel appliances. Love living just a block from campus on a safe street too and the community is gated and will be renewing.
The new Management has been great about communicating.
