Venice Bungalow - 2 bedroom beach bungalow - 6 blocks from the beach - Near abbott kinney

Hi all! I’m looking for a new roommate for September 1st - to fill one bedroom in my beautiful, 2BD/1BA bungalow in Venice Beach. Would love to find the right fit!

Lease would be 6 months w/option to renew.

*Dates are somewhat flexible.

The room... is partially furnished with the basics. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The house has central heat, dishwasher, microwave, large sitting porch in front, large deck in back with hot tub, full washer and dryer. Property is fully landscaped and maintained, hot tub, and I have one cat that is well behaved and clean. The property is fully fenced with a locked 6’ tall gate. The location is walkable and bikable.

This location is 6 blocks to the beach, close to Whole Foods, Abbott Kinney and Rose Ave.

I’m a female (she/her), professional and work from home one day a week. I go to work in an office 4 days a week. I'm active in my community and attend events a few times a week/weekend. I don't smoke/drink or have company over often and keep the place clean and organized, so it's a peaceful and relaxing space. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, hiking, going to concerts, and traveling a few times a year.

Looking for someone clean, responsible, considerate, friendly - and ideally works / goes to school outside the home. Must have good credit, proof of income and clear background check. Please no smoking, drugs, or pets. This is for a single occupant only, preferably in your 20’s-50’s and female.

COST: $2000 per month including utilities.
Rent: $2000 + $2000 security deposit
Utilities includes electricity, water, gas, trash pick up, landscaping, hot tub maintenance, high speed wifi.

Total Upfront Cost: $4,000
Deposit to be returned 21 days after vacating minus any damages.
